We aim to ensure our customers are fully satisfied. However, if for any reason  you have any queries about our service or products, please see below for further information.

ODYL 28 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We want you to be happy with the products you buy from us.  If for any reason you do need to return them to us please send them back un-worn, un-used with their labels attached within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.  For refunds, we refund the cost of the product but not the postage and packing.

YOUR ORDER WHAT TO DO

You can place an order directly via our website, or in person at one of our parties.  We take payment in advance by debit or credit card.

Unless otherwise indicated, we aim to despatch orders for dresses within 7 working days, or 3 working days for accessories.

All orders are despatched by Royal Mail.

Postage & Packing charges vary dependent on the item (e.g. dress or necklace).  Typically the cost for postage and packing for accessories is lower.  Please see the itemised postage charge in the online shop. You will only pay postage once per order, whether or not there are multiple items.

Payments are processed by PayPal to ensure your security.  We do not hold your financial details.

RETURNS RETURNS TOP TIPS

We handle returns in line with our 28-day money back guarantee outlined above.

We regret we cannot accept items that have been used or worn.  We cannot accept returns for earrings.

In the event you require your money back, this will be credited back to the account from which you paid.
  • Return items un-used, un-worn and with labels attached.
  • Insert the return slip (sent with your original order) in the package so we know whose order we are dealing with.
  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please indicate your preferred replacement on the returns slip

    All transactions are handled by our online shop partner PayPal ensuring both your security and privacy.  PayPal do not pass your financial details to us, only the details of the order and payment.

    We do not make your contact details available to third parties.  Any data we collect is solely for the use of Odyl Design Limited and Estilo Personal Styling and used for the purposes of contacting you regarding your purchase and keeping you up-to-date with new products and offers. We will always make it easy for you to un-subscribe from our newsletters and marketing if you find you no longer wish to receive these.
